The principal of the company is Linda Ward who
has over 25 years of practical experience in business at a senior
level; working in the day-to-day operation and strategic management
of many diverse businesses from Marks & Spencer, Debenhams and
Esso, to The Body Shop and The Simon Community.
She has been responsible for the profitability of multi-million
euro businesses, managing up to 400 employees and 25 managers.
Alongside a reputation for delivering on new start ups and
development projects, Linda has developed a wide range of people
skills though the operation of the businesses that she has been
responsible for.
A working knowledge and extensive experience of employment
processes has been recently complemented with a CIPD Certificate in
Employment Relations, Law and Practice.
